DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Proof of Purchase

Your proof of purchase will be delivered digitally. The confirmation will contain the essential Order ID and the full details of the product(s) purchased. The Order ID serves as your unique reference for all inquiries and redemption purposes.

Delivery Channel & Timing

Delivery Channel: Your proof of purchase will be delivered via Email to the address provided during checkout and will also be displayed immediately on the screen after your successful order.

Delivery Timeline: We guarantee that your confirmation email containing the Order ID will be sent within 10 minutes of your successful payment.

Issue Resolution (Non-Receipt of Order)

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 10 minutes, please contact us immediately, provide your name, contact details and the approximate time of purchase.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (STRICTLY NO REFUND)

All purchases made through the Pullman KLCC Online Store for vouchers, dining promotions, and room packages are considered final and non-refundable.

Voucher Expiry

Expired Vouchers: Any unused value of an expired voucher or package is not eligible for a refund or extension. Customers are responsible for using the voucher or package within the stated validity period.
