Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 11 June 2026 to 30 September 2026, inclusive.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, excluding employees of Pullman KLCC, Accor Group, their immediate families, and related agencies.
Participants must spend a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred (RM400) in a single receipt on food and beverage at any bar or restaurants within Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences during the Promotion Period, exclude in-room dining and banquet.
3. Participation
To enter the lucky draw, eligible Participants receive one (1) entry for every RM400 spent in a single receipt. An additional ten (10) entries per bill for payment made via Maybank cards, on food and beverage purchases at any of participating outlets at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences.
The minimum spend of RM400 shall be calculated after all applicable discounts and promotions and before the addition of taxes and service charges.
Participants must fill out a contest form with their full name, contact number, email address, and attach a copy of the receipt. The contest form must be submitted to the designated contest box at the participating outlet or online via a designated link, before the end of the promotion period.
Photocopies of receipts will not be accepted.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a travel package for two (2) persons to Paris, including:
• Round-trip Malaysia Airlines (MAS) economy class flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Paris; and
• Three (3) Days, Two (2) Nights stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other items, whether in whole or in part, and is subject to
availability.
All additional expenses including visa, travel insurance, meals, transport, personal expenses and taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Travel dates and accommodation arrangements shall be determined by Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences in coordination with the winner and are subject to availability.
The prize must be claimed within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Travel must be completed within six (6) months from the date of acceptance; otherwise, it will be forfeited without compensation.
5. General Terms
Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences reserves the right to verify the entries and disqualify participant who tampers with the process or breaches the Terms & Conditions. The hotel also reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences, Accor and their respective are not liable for any loss, damage, injury and disappointment arising from the promotion or prize. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
