SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery times and costs apply to orders shipped outside of the Klang Valley region or for orders not eligible for next-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only)

• Next-day delivery is available within selected postcodes in the Klang Valley.
• Delivery is facilitated by Grab or Lalamove.
• Orders must be placed by 12 noon to qualify for next-day delivery.
• Next-day delivery is available on every working day in Kuala Lumpur.
• A flat fee of RM30 applies for next-day delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

• We aim to deliver next-day delivery orders by 2pm. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will provide a tracking link where possible to monitor the delivery status.

Limitations

• We do not offer next-day delivery on the weekends or public holidays.
• We reserve the right to cancel or delay next-day delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
